Shipping

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). We're fast, but not Amazon fast. Once your order leaves us, delivery time depends on your shipping method and the mail gods.

We ship USPS and FedEx. Sometimes both. Sometimes neither. You'll get tracking either way. We ship to PO Boxes, just no expedited shipping there.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless we seriously messed up. If you refuse a package, you're still responsible for shipping costs both ways. Those will be deducted from your refund.

International orders may be subject to duties or taxes charged by your country. We’re not responsible for those fees or for packages refused because of them.

If tracking says delivered but you didn’t get it, contact us within 10 days here. We’ll help file a claim, but the final decision is up to the carrier. We don’t refund or replace packages marked as delivered.

If something you ordered is out of stock, we’ll ship what we have and refund you for whatever’s missing.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders for any reason. Especially if it smells like fraud, bulk buying, or serial returning. Respect the vibe.
